well seriously... veri super,duper,ultra bo BORING~
boo~ so nothing to do man...
so i ended up rummaging the fridge to look for stuff to cure my itchy mouth... =P
since theres potatoes n some mince meat... i tot might as well make shepherd pie...

im horriblely SINFUL,i know~
alot of ppls ask mi how to make...
therefore im gonna "chun shou gie da jia" ^-^sorry for the lousy hanyupinyin translation
wat u need:
- apox. 2 big potatoes
- some garlic
- some onions(those english wan)
- mince meat(aga aga the amount lar... meat eater put more lor)
1st of all... boil the potatoes
*how to know if potatoes are boiled?
veri simple... just use a fork n poke(sorri sorri... lousy english here) the potatoes.... life it up...
if the potatoes is still hanging on the fork = not soft enough...
if it drop the instant u hold it up= potatoes r all done~
it important tat the potatoes r veri cook... the longer u boil... the easier to mash the potatoes^.~
drain the potatoes n drown(wat a funny word ;P) them in tap water...
becos after tat... the skin will peel easily~
while boiling the potatoes... u can
- chopped the garlic
- sliced the onions
- marinate the mince meat wif a little bit of salt, black pepper, oyster sauce n a tiny bit of wine(those hua tiao juo)
**fillings**
- oil the pan n add in chopped garlic n sliced onions n fry till garlic r little golden brown...
- add in the marinated mince meat n continue to fry it till it abt half cooked(just aga aga lar, i also dunno how to tell=X)
- add salt n pepper to taste...
- then add in 3/4 cup of H2O
bring to boil... any everyting was done^-^
**mash Potatoes**
after peeling... mash the potatoes wif salt, black pepper, lots of butter!!!(sorry but im super sinful>.~)

n still MASH....
till it creamy n sillky~
add the fillings at the bottom of a baking bowl...
cover the top wif all mashed potatoes...
*can bacons bits on the top like wat i did(IF u r as sinful as mi lar)
better to glaz it wif egg yolk or
if u r the lazy kind(like mi^^) can just shoved it right into the toaster or oven without any glazing...
roughly abt 15-30 mins n it all ready to eat!!!
